Is Evia Skincare Australian owned and made?
We sure are! We make and manufacture everything in Australia.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. We’re a cruelty-free conscious skincare brand.

Are your products Vegan-friendly?
Yes, they are. Evia Skincare does not use animal ingredients or products containing animal ingredients.

Are your products natural?
Most definitely. Our entire skincare range is made from all-natural ingredients. This means they’re free from nasty and harmful chemicals. There’s no parabens, phthalates, PEGs, sulphates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, synthetic colours or fragrances. You’ll find no BHA/BHT or formaldehyde.

I have sensitive skin and allergies/eczema/rosacea. Will your products be safe for my skin?

Yes, our products were developed with you in mind. All products in our range are safe to use on all sensitive skin types. If you suffer from skin conditions and allergies, we do encourage you to do a patch test, 24 hours before using the products. If after 24 hours your skin has had no visible reaction, then you’re in the clear.

PAYMENT & ORDERS

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can make a payment via credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex, PayPal, ApplePay, GPay or AfterPay.

Can I use more than one discount or coupon code at checkout?
Nope. Sorry, there’s only one discount/coupon code permitted per order.

What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order to your designated email address. Please double-check your email is correct when placing your order. 
Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you a courtesy email letting you know your products are on their way.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Your order will be shipped the next business day. Sometimes during high-volume sale periods delays may occur. But don’t stress, we haven’t forgotten you. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is shipped. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Help! I entered the wrong mailing address. What do I do?
First, keep calm. We don’t want to stress your skin. If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP. Place ‘Urgent’ in the email subject line: hello@eviaskincare.com.au

 If you’ve not yet received your tracking number, we can change your address.

If you’ve been issued a tracking number, you’ll be required to pay a ‘Return to Sender’ fee and postage costs for re-shipping your order.

What happens if my order is returned to Evia Skincare? 
If your order is returned to Evia HQ due to an incorrect mailing address or marked as an unclaimed parcel, you’ll be required to pay a ‘Return to Sender' fee and postage costs for re-shipping your order.

Help. I haven't received my order/I have issues with my delivery?
Don’t stress, we are here to help. If your order has not arrived within the specified shipping time frame, or you have any issue upon receipt, please email us hello@eviaskincare.com.au with your order number. Our customer service will be able to help.

Do you offer refunds or exchange on products?

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away, and our customer services representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. 

We do suggest that you start with our trial bundle to try our product range prior to purchasing full-size products.

I ordered an item, but it's on sale now. Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased.

We’d love you to subscribe to our emails and follow us on social media, so you never miss out on our upcoming specials and sales.

I changed my mind about a purchase. Can I have a refund?
Oopsies. 
If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind minus 6% restocking fee.
If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order unless you will return your products unused to us within 30-days of purchase. You will need to pay all of the shipping fees to return the product to us. 
If you have a purchased a product as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle will need to be returned to us in order for us to issue a refund. Once products have arrived at Evia HQ we will inspect them, if we are satisfied with their condition a refund will be issued to you. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus 6% restocking fee.
